Fire Protection Services
Our fire protection services cover more than just a routine construction job, as we make sure to cover everything from the physical protection lines, to permits, to site clean-up and safety testing. All the fire protection services we provide include:
- Installation of underground fire protection lines (from the existing city main to 1′ above finished floor)
- Permits pulled if necessary
- Installation of detector checks in concrete vaults
- Installation of fire hydrants
- Site clean-up
- Water quality tests
- Hydrostatic testing
Licensing, Insurance, and Bonding
Maddox Construction, Inc. is licensed by the Texas State Fire Marshal’s Office, and we have both SCR (Sprinkler Certificate of Registration) and RME (Responsible Managing Employee) licenses. We are fully insured, including general liability, auto, and worker’s compensation. If required, we also can bond jobs.
